BlockBIM is a construction company rooted in Korean architectural technology and design. Since 2013, we have specialized in remodeling and new construction projects. In 2020, we expanded our expertise to modular passive houses utilizing BIM (Building Information Modeling), delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.
Today, BlockBIM provides architectural consulting and project management services across the U.S. East Coast, offering clients smarter, more efficient, and future-oriented building solutions.

Architectural 3D Modeling
By combining the knowledge and expertise of BlockBIM with the advanced capabilities of Autodesk Revit software, we deliver highly effective BIM services across the Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
We actively leverage the latest plugins to tailor BIM according to each client’s preferred LOD (Level of Detail). In addition, with Scan-to-BIM cloud tools, we ensure fast and efficient point cloud to BIM conversion.
Shop Drawing Services
BlockBIM provides shop drawing services in both Korea and the United States. With over 12 years of industry experience, we deliver detailed shop drawings tailored to meet our clients’ expectations.
Shop drawings are detailed documents prepared by contractors or subcontractors to illustrate how a specific part of a project will be constructed. They serve to interpret and communicate the architect’s or engineer’s design, ensuring that the project is built accurately and safely.
From pre-fabricated components to design intervention in ongoing projects, our BIM experts leverage the latest BIM tools to deliver results in the shortest turnaround time. Our goal is to ensure that every drawing remains up-to-date and fully compliant with all industry standards.
What Are BIM Standards?
In the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, Building Information Modeling (BIM) refers to the digital representation of the physical and functional characteristics of a building project’s components. By applying BIM guidelines and standards, the AEC industry can achieve more effective collaboration processes and deliverables—ultimately enabling the creation of BIM models that meet American standards. ISO-based BIM standards, such as those for Revit and BIM CAD, not only ensure project continuity and provide deliverables in the exact format requested by owners, but also significantly enhance productivity and ensure that BIM implementation remains sustainable across the entire project lifecycle.
